Intuitive Massage

Intuitive massage therapy is a powerful process that encourages self-discovery and wellness. This type of therapy utilises hands on therapeutic massage techniques to restore and/or balance the flow of energy within the body. As an intuitive facilitator, Malakai allows his intuition to guide him to work where your body requires healing. Malakai believe that we all hold ( and sometimes hide ) memories ( and traumas) in the muscles of our body, and palpating areas of the body helps bring these to the surface, so they can be dealt with and cleared. We must love all parts of ourselves, especially those parts we want to distance ourselves from.

Massage may be performed in many different ways, depending on the client's needs at the time of the session. For instance, an intuitive massage session may incorporate techniques such as aromatherapy and Energy Balancing, toning, crystal work and sound instruments. Along with the traditional use of fingers hands, forearms and elbows.

A unique treatment for each individual; After consultation to establish the reason for the visit, Malakai tunes into the person and is guided by their energies, intuition and guidance to address other areas that may be impacting on a problem area. The treatment takes its own flow and rhythm. Different healing hands-on techniques will help bring one into a deeper, more relaxed healing space on many levels.

What is Intuitive Massage?

Intuitive work refers to bodywork which assimilates information from beyond the five senses. It goes beyond our ordinary thinking and reasoning processes, perceiving information through gut instinct or knowingness (clairvoyance & clairsentience). Bodyworkers must develop intuition and demonstrate responsibility toward their clients, as working on areas can bring up subconscious issues and messages from within the client as well as relayed from the facilitator’s higher guidance.

Intuitive Massage is a physiotherapeutic exercise and technically means stimulation of tissues in the body, especially the muscles. This Technique is used to relieve, stimulate or treat the whole body, or part of it.
