A Message for the Souls Integrating and Embodying Higher Frequencies

Some weeks, the energy feels big.

You can feel it in the body.

In the emotions.

In the quiet spaces within.

As though something is stirring, shifting and asking to be brought into the light.

Many people are feeling this at the moment.

The tiredness.

The sensitivity.

The emotions rising.

The inner stirring.

The sense that old ways of being no longer fit.

When higher frequencies move through us, they illuminate what is ready to shift.

What is no longer aligned cannot remain in the same way.

Old stories may come up.

Old emotions may surface.

Old patterns may suddenly feel louder.

Not because you are failing.

Not because you are going backwards.

But because these energies are no longer a match for the light you are being asked to hold.

They rise so they can be seen.

They rise so they can be felt.

They rise so they can be released, cleared and alchemised into a higher frequency.

When we meet what is rising with awareness, rather than stepping back into the old story, the shift can happen with surprising ease.

This is part of integration.

This is part of remembrance.

This is part of the spirit integrating, embodying and moving in a new frequency.

The body is adjusting.

The nervous system is recalibrating.

The heart is becoming more honest.

The soul is asking for greater alignment.

So if life feels as though it is showing you what no longer serves, perhaps it is not here to punish you.

Perhaps it is here to free you.

Perhaps the light is lovingly revealing what can no longer come with you.

This week, we honour integration.

We honour the clearing.

We honour the unravelling.

We honour the sacred process of becoming more aligned with who we truly are.

You are not falling apart.

You are making space for more light.

So pause.

Go within.

Give yourself the time, space and grace to integrate what is rising, and embody the higher frequencies now available to you.
