Held monthly on a Wednesday evening, these sacred group sessions are co-facilitated by Clare and Malakai within the high-frequency field of our EESystem™ Sanctuary Room.
Bathed in sacred sound and surrounded by regenerative scalar energy fields, each session becomes a portal for inner alignment, cellular attunement, and soul activation.

In a world that rarely slows down, many of us are living in a constant state of noise, busy minds, full schedules, and the quiet pressure to keep going even when our body longs for stillness.
This is an invitation to step out of that noise and into the Sacred Pause.
Together we will move through a ceremonial and heartfelt experience that includes guided breath practice, drumming, sound bowls, gentle movement, quiet reflection, and a sharing circle. You will also learn simple somatic practices that you can take back into your everyday life, including breath and grounding practices that can help you return to calm when life feels overwhelming.
